4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through the payment methods shown at checkout.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
6. Bundles, promotions and free gifts
Bundle discounts and free gifts apply only while the promotion is running and while stocks last. Free gifts have no cash value and can't be exchanged. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated.
7. Shipping
Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Return and Refund Policy, including our 60-day glow guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
